# If I do not renew, does my application stop working?

No. Your application will continue functioning normally. However, access to the admin web panel will be disabled until you renew.

Device installations will still work, and features previously unlocked will remain active.

You can renew anytime.

# Is ServiceTray Pro a separate product?

No. A ServiceTray subscription will unlock functionality within the same ServiceTray app that you have already installed. A separate installer or product installation is not required.

Adding your unique subscription domain name to your Application Settings will automatically unlock all Pro features.

# What is a Domain?

Each ServiceTray subscription Professional is tied to a unique domain name.

Every installation of ServiceTray must include the assigned domain URL in the Settings.

Examples: Pro includes 1 subdomain (e.g., usa.company.com)

The url is included in the subscription. You can have an unlimited number of devices registered to your cloud web platform per subscription.

# What if I have more than one Pro Subscriptions?

You can purchase multiple Pro licenses—each is managed separately and assigned its own domain/subdomain.

For broader coverage, Enterprise licensing offers domain-wide activation (including subdomains).

# What if I need to change the location and URL of my subscription?

Within the first 15 days, one domain/subdomain change is allowed. Simply email us at [email protected].

For instance, changing from example.org to example.com or example.org to docs.example.com are permitted. Changing from example.com to sample.com would not be permitted.

This flexibility gives you lots of time to create your project then decide what domain name or subdomain name you want to go live with.

After 15 days, changes are not possible. You would need to purchase a new subscription.

# We have 5 people on our team, do we require 5 licenses?

No. ServiceTray is licensed per Domain Name, not per person or per server.

One license for your company will cover an unlimited number of installations, computers, users using ServiceTray.

# What happens when the subscription expires?

Your application continues to work but stays locked to the last available version at the time of expiration.

You cannot upgrade to newer versions until you renew.

# Scenario 1: Renew

You like ServiceTray, it is bringing you value and happiness 🥰, and you want to renew. After purchasing a renewal, your subscription end date extens for another year. You don't need to do anything else.

# Scenario 2: No renew

You decide NOT to renew your ServiceTray subscription 😢. No worries. Your application will continue to work forever, except you cannot access your web admin panel to manage and see your device installation and repair notes.

You would be able to install and update/upgrade your ServiceTray up until v5.0.

Installing ServiceTray v5.1 would be possible, but your devices would fail to work. You would need to downgrade back to v5.0 or renew your subscription.

You would still be able to install the program to as many devices you want but the Powered by OpenRMA branding, will be shown on the devices.

If at some point in the future you would like to upgrade to the latest release, just purchase a new ServiceTray Professional subscription at that time.

The renewal fee is around 50% of the original purchase price. For pricing, see table above.

# Can I purchase two licenses and save one for future use?

Yes. The subscription end date will be 1 year (12 months) from the date the subscription is created.

You could use one subscription now and save the other for a future project or to renew the original project.

# We have other license requirements, are there other options?
