ServiceTray is designed and developed by OpenRMA Technologies, a company specializing in software solutions for repair businesses to manage their daily operations.
ServiceTray goes beyond simple notifications by enabling technicians to store and manage crucial customer information directly within the application.
Easily record essential customer information, including:
Customer Name
, Phone Number
, Email Address
, Device Serial Number
and a comprehensive
Notes
field for specific details about the device or service history.

Quick start ⚡⚡⚡
You can install ServiceTray by running the setup file
, or by downloading the zip
archive and extract to any location on customer device.
After installing the program or extracting the archive to a folder on your computer, run the servicetray.exe
file and click the icon displayed on system tray.
Next, you can click the Settings button from the Radial Menu that shows and start configure the software. To open the settings
you have to press a combination
of keys as follows:
Hold down the Ctrl + Click on Settings button
Options form will show up.
Click the + icon under the Startup section to add a task in windows task scheduler
You can remove the task anytime by clicking the - icon next to it.
That's it! Your ServiceTray Software is up and running.
You will require to run the program as Administrator
to install or remove the startup task.
